No wonder Michael turned out so darn gorgoeus! He was an adorable kid!!
These are the most adorable pictures of Michael and his family. They are all beautiful people, how could he not turn out handsome?? Like he said, he has had a wonderful life and it is reflected in his music.
It is so refreshing to see an entertainer who is down to earth, honest and kind! The limb does not fall far from the tree. He is lucky to have had such a good family!!! When he gets here in Feb., we are going to keep him so he can show "Austin, the Live Music Capitol of the World" how to entertain. Ha!! We are so looking forward to seeing him!! I presume he will spend Christmas in Vancouver. Wish I could peep in and see the whole family together. Want to wish all the Buble' Family the Merriest of Christmases and the Happiest of New Years!! Austin, Texas
Michael,
My, since I wrote you last Septemeber, you have won many awards, gone on extensive tours and still have "the Brits" and Juno Awards to look forward to. After winning the "Grammy", your "Irrsponsible" album has shot up to #1. All that hard work has paid off. You said in your Sound Stage interview that you hoped that it would sell "zillions" of copies, I think you will get your wish! You
Michael, (continued)
Sorry I didn't get to finish my letter to you. I was going to say that you are coming to Austin, Texas on Feb. 27. I was planning to see you but my Nephew had to go to Cairo, Egypt on business and won't be here to go with me so I can't go. To say that I am disappointed would be an undertatement! I had written to you that you should be sure and come to Austin because we are "The Live Music Capital of the World" so it would be only fitting that the "#1 Entertainer in the World" should perform here. Congratulations on winning the "Grammy", it is about time! How the committee could fail to give you an award after hearing that beautiful album is a mystery to me. It far outshines anything that was presented. Michael, I have just read all the places that you are going to entertain this year and it is mind boggling! You do too much, know that the demand is great, but don't you know how to say "no"! I worry that you will get sick! And then where will your demanding fans be? Please try to get as much rest between tours as you can! You still haven't gone on that vacation to some tropical isle that I suggested!! Take very good care and God bless you. Joyce Dear Michael: Don't where my previous letter disappeared to, it must be in cyberspace by now! You have been given so many accolades since I last wrote, don't know where to begin. You have won the Grammys, the Junos, and the Smooth Jazz Awards, what did I miss? How about an award for just making people feel good. That is a great name for an award, "Glad to be Alive Award". I know that is how you make me feel. I reitorate, if "Music is the "Stairway to Heaven", you still have your foot on the first rung!!! I hope that you will stay fit as a fiddle during your tour. Your schedule is so demanding! Everyone wants to see and hear you. Just this past week, I went to get my hair done and the music was playing your "Lost" CD. While I was waiting in a doctor's office later that day, "Everything" came on. Then when I went to the pharmacy, "Home" was playing. It appears that Austin is in much demand for your music. We finally woke up after you came here in Feb. We are a "slow" city but once we get started.....the sky is the limit! Loved your acceptance speech at the Junos....boy, you showed those people that made that sarcastic remark. Never mind them, Michael, they are just jealous! You have always been humble while accepting praise and awards. Hope that you will include Austin, Texas on your swing through the Southwest again next year. I am going to be there the next time on the front row. I will be the one who is applauding the loudest. Look for me, I will be the one wearing the "white ribbon", Ha! Don't let the "digs" get to you, you are so far above them that it is pitiful!! It must come from the men, I have never heard a bad remark come from a woman. Oh, Michael, when you go to Australia the next time, go to "Lightening Ridge" and buy a black opal for your sweet mother. She deserves it after bringing you up to be so loving and kind. That could be her "award". Take very good care and God Bless You, Joyce
Hi again, Michael,
Don't want to take up so much space with my letters but I forgot to say that "You and I" is my favorite CD. The music and words are so beautiful along with your voice!! It makes me cry every time. AND "Fever" is undoubltedly the best ever! Your voice, movements and that great band....an Academy Award performance. I read where one fan said that he had never heard that song done in such an outstanding way! I agree, I have played it many, many times, never get tired of it!!! Bye now, it is time for other people's comments. From Austin, the "Live Music Capital of the World", Joyce |
